America's first black president Obama after he elected while his promise to the nation before after the step into the president,may be Obama is thinking that the world is looking towards him when Obama is promising he became nerves while the speech and he has been made promised two times by the Supreme Court Chief Justice because Obama may thinking that beside America's former president with his wife and around supporting people may be these are all made him some confusion.
